Perla Salazar-Rangel '20 started a keychain business in the midst of quarantine.
"Just like everyone else, I have been searching for something to do in quarantine to keep me entertained, so I ordered an embroidery kit. When I saw some small embroidery hoops at a craft store, I knew immediately I wanted to turn them into keychains. I started In My Thread officially on August 16, and I was sold out of 20 keychains in less than 24 hours. They all took me a bit over a week to complete, and now I’m excited to keep selling them to friends, family, and even some kind strangers."
