Ethan Kaufmann '20 founded S'mokin S'mores, a local s'mores bar and caterer in Elon, NC serving the college community at events and in local coffee shops.
"I started S’mokin S’mores to offer Elon students a fun weekend activity as I saw a lack of weekend activities on campus that didn’t revolve around drinking and partying. I originally partnered with The Oak House where students, professors, and community members could enjoy a cup of coffee, hot chocolate, or a drink with their own personal s’mores fire-pit set up to share with their friends. I eventually saw a larger market for catering events and began working with students organizations to offer a s’mores bar at any event on campus."
